What are the device requirements for On-Device AI?

On-Device AI is powered by Apple Intelligence, requiring an iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 15 Pro Max, or iPhone 16 series device running iOS 18.1 or newer. On these devices, AI processing runs locally with Apple Foundation Models, requiring no network connection and preserving total privacy.

For other devices or if you prefer cloud models, Google Gemini is available with 7 free requests every day on all iPhone models.

How does Google Gemini work and what are the daily quotas?

Google Gemini provides intelligent biblical explanations and contextual study commentary. Free users receive 7 daily queries, which reset every 24 hours. Supporter subscribers receive 77 daily queries.

How do I explore Biblical Figures and Ancient Places?

While reading Scripture or reviewing study threads, tap any underlined person or place name:

Biblical Figures: Displays biographies, scriptural roles, and family lineage trees connecting Abraham to Jesus.
Ancient Places: Opens an interactive map showing ancient terrain, historical geography, and key associated passages.

What are Scripture Connections?

Scripture Connections reveal cross-references and parallel passages with a single tap, enabling you to study Old Testament prophecies alongside their New Testament fulfillments and compare parallel Gospel accounts side by side.

Does the app work offline?

Yes. The entire scripture library—including the Berean Standard Bible (BSB), King James Version (KJV), World English Bible (WEB), and Douay-Rheims (DRA)—is bundled directly inside the app. You can read, search, highlight, and bookmark completely offline without an internet connection.

On-Device Apple Intelligence also operates 100% offline on supported iPhone hardware.

How do I restore my purchase?

Open Settings within the app and tap the supporter banner, or select "Restore Purchases" at the bottom of the supporter screen. Ensure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

How can I delete my data?

All reading progress, bookmarks, and chat history reside on your device. You can clear your entire chat history at any time in Settings → Clear All Chat History. Deleting the app removes all stored data from your device permanently.
